A predictable subscription
Every tenant pays $39.00/month + $1.00 per home, with a 10-home minimum. That covers hosting, support, audit storage, daily reminders, and the whole platform.
AI budget that scales with you
Each plan includes $3.00 of base AI advisor budget plus $0.10 per home. A 100-home community gets $13.00/month of AI; a 500-home community gets $53.00/month.
Hard cap, never a surprise bill
When the advisor hits the cap, it pauses and tells residents to wait or asks the Board to top up. You'll never see an unexpected line item — the only way to spend more is to deliberately buy more.
Credit packs when you need them
From the tenant console, the Board buys $10 / $25 / $50 / $100 credit packs that add 1:1 to the month's AI budget. Credits last 90 days; unused budget rolls forward inside that window.
